The Sarasota location will occupy over 66,000 square feet, with garage units ranging from 973 to 3,333 square feet. Each unit will include separately metered utilities, HVAC systems, and additional safety measures such as state-of-the-art security and hurricane-rated designs. Base pricing is projected to start in the high $400,000s.
Oleshansky, known for his entrepreneurial vision, originally launched The Motor Enclave in Tampa Bay in January 2024. The Tampa facility covers a 200-acre area and has earned a reputation as the largest private garage community in the world. It features amenities such as a 1.72-mile track designed by Hermann Tilke, a 2-acre vehicle dynamics pad, 100 acres of off-road trails, and a 42,000-square-foot event center.
